My first time in Peak Performance I spoke with a woman as we were both waiting for our cars. She had lived in Eugene and after moving to Portland, she still drove down here (even for a lube) because she knew she'd never find a more capable and honest person than Dustin and the people at Peak Performance!! I thought, that's kind of over the top. Now I know what she means. It has become my own experience and feeling over the past ten years or so. Dustin, the owner, has gone out of his way for me more times than I can count. (So has Heather.) There were times when he personally stayed late to fix something. Once he drove to check on me when I was with my elderly dad and my car was doing something strange. Basically, he has always gone the extra mile for me and made sure he did everything possible to make sure I'm safe when I'm out on the road in my car. He tells me what needs fixing, what can wait, and what my options are, and I absolutely trust what he says. He is one of the most honest people I know AND he knows cars and hires good mechanics. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
