top notch quality repairs

My wife and I bring our 2003 jeep grand cherokee in for regular maintenance. Ron and Steve never try to sell us anything more then what we need and the repairs are always top notch. Would recommend their service to our family as well as anyone needing automotive repairs. Thx again C&L

it is in my opinion that when you take a vehicle in to a shop tey sould know how to diagnose it. it is also in my opinion that when you spend 900 dollars at the shop your vehicle should come back better then when it went in. in this case it did not as a matter of fact when i recieved my vehice from them they said they believed i had a cracked flex plate and wanted to look inside the transmission. i drove it 2 blocks when i noticed it smoking horribly now mind you i did spend all of my money at the shop and it didnt fix any thing it acctually came back worse but they didnt mind. now back to what happened shortly after it smoked it blew a head gasket now when they look for the problem in a vehicle they have codes and things to help them well appearently they didnt look very hard because they put the egr valve on plumbed wrong where there was supposed to be vaccumm it had pressure the egr valve was shut so i took it back and after 2 days they gave up. i took it to another mechanic who let me know what happened and by the way also said the flex plate looked great no with this other mechanics opinion you would think C and L would jump at the oppertunity to make things right but no they have fought me every step of the way unwlling to admit any of this could be thier fault. the 3 things they did to cost me 900 dollars by the wy was replace the egr valve, replace the thermostat, and "flush" the cooling system i say it like that because i paid for a kit to flush the systemand there is no sign of it ever being done. i looked around and culd not find any way other then highway robbery that these jobs could cost 900 but again thats just my opinion if you want to trust them then do but look further thn down the road wen you look for a shop.

In the 18yrs we have been in business there have been only a very limited amount of times when a customers expectations were not met and require going above the bar to try to come to resolution to a matter, be it we are right or wrong, in this case we steped up to the plate with an agreement between both parties, we truly wish the best for him and his situation, as it is always our policy to take care of our customers first.

The guys at C & L really know how to treat a person. Being a woman, I've had my share of being treated as an idiot when it comes to cars. Steve basically held my hand throughout the repairs to my car. He called and told me everything that was going on every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all of my friends that drive. And to top it off, they brightened my day with a flower when I picked up the car.

These guys are friendly and efficient. They got me in ASAP when I needed them and they were concerned about my needs and situation. They got me down the road safely, but they did not sell me unneccesary work or parts. I really appreciated calls to let me know what was going on. They didn't just leave me hanging out there wondering what was involved to fix my car right or what it was going to cost me. I didn't have to call them. They got me in early, gave me a ride to work and picked me up. That is really important to me... good customer service! Thank You C and L!

These guy's go way beyond, they walked me out to my car in the bay, showed me all of my old parts, explained why they should be replaced and offered me the chance to go get a second opinon, what more could the do, they gave my wife a flower when she picked up the car!!!
